I’ve been going to the gym for four weeks now.
The first week I made it 3 out of 5 planned days. The second week I made it two out of five planned days because of a massive migraine – an excuse but a painful one. The third week I made it 4 out of 5 days and I only missed the one because I had to wait for the fridge repair man and didn’t want to miss him in his allotted time slot. This week is week number 4 and off to a good start 1 of 1.
I haven’t had a soda in three days – the only caffeine I’ve had has come in the form of diet mixed berry green tea. And that has only been two 16 oz bottles in two days.
Today I started drinking nothing but ice cold water. I’m on my fifth 16oz bottle. For the past few work days I had been drinking crystal light fruit punch in 3 to 5 bottles a day.
Attempting to eat at least three meals a day. Though I might consider intermittent fasting as I tend to skip breakfast anyway. But for now I’m working on building habit.
